Round over bead. Includes 2 router bits that create any door in 5/8 In. to 1-1/4 In. door thickness range. Adjustable shims enable both a tight fit when using plywood panels and the ability to use thick panels (from 5.5mm to 6.35mm). The unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tear-out. Top portion of cutter, including bearing and spindle, is removed toproduce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons, or bridle joints. Bits feature Freud's Perma-SHIELD coating that reduces heat and pitch buildup along with rust, and Freud's TiCo hi-density carbide to maximize bit life and material finish.
